A Biblical View of Sexuality

There is a great need for biblical clarity in our current generation when discussing topics such as gender, sexuality, and sexual orientation. Our desire with this 5-week intensive class is to attempt a course correction from two previous errors in how the church has addressed the topic of sexuality. First, we hope to look at sexuality in a way that equips the participants of this class with language and understanding as to what the Bible declares as the intent of gender and sexuality and how to lovingly, compassionately, and empathetically engage anyone and everyone we may encounter on this topic. Secondly, we hope to equip brothers and sisters within our church with an understanding of God’s design for sexual intimacy within the covenant union of marriage, and why it is a topic in which we can be unashamed (Genesis 2:25) and undefiled (Hebrews 13:4). Whatever your relationship status, we hope that this class will bring you a biblical view of sexuality.
